Ernest holds a B.sc degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He worked in Drake Oil and Gas LTD as a Business Development Manager before venturing into private business as a director in Ernest Holdings Ltd and R.Bennestson Ltd both companies are in the import/export business.

The experience he gained while on the board of these companies stimulated and equipped him to join Ernest Maritime Limited as Managing Director in 2000- 2007 This company is a maritime services firm that specializes in vessel management, chartering and leasing of vessels, freight forwarding, and Customs Clearance.

After giving due consideration of sectoral issues and taking cognizance of the fact that Nigeria is an import-based economy he felt that the streamlining of the processes in shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance will make for more efficiency and hence growth in the wider economy.

ISOX SHIPPING LTD which he co- founded as a shipping: logistics: customs clearance solutions provider in Nigeria.

Emeka a graduate of the University of Lagos worked in the Defunct Gamji bank marketing department, Drake oil from 1998 to 2007 he rose to the head of the Freight and Logistics Dept. His astute mind coupled with his years of experience in freight forwarding services led him to co-found ISOX Shipping ltd and his responsibilities are in business development, marketing, and sales

Lekan studied Economics at Obafemi Awolowo University for his first degree and has worked with a couple of financial institutions. Open Gate Finance Company Limited as a treasury officer and Branch Head, Olak Bureau D Change, 1992 to 1995. However, his keen interest in information technology propelled him to train as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE + I) which enabled him to move to the information and communication technology industry in 1996.

In 1998, he joined Nova Internet Solutions Nigeria Limited as a pioneer support staff. His experience there was tremendous and rewarding as it exposed him to various new technologies and their applications in business. By dint of hard work, he was elevated to Manager of Operations in 2001 and held the position till he left the company in 2006.

He is the founder and owner of Neo Technologies, which is involved in Support services to many corporations in office systems integrations and project implementation. He Co-founded ISOX Shipping Limited and is responsible for the planning, and management of the company’s financial portfolio

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State. He worked at Orio-World Investment Limited as a Marketing Officer; he was later promoted to logistics and export supervisor in 2010. He joined ISOX SHIPPING Ltd in 2011 as a Shipping and Logistics Executive and was promoted to Senior Executive in January 2015. 

Holds a B.Sc. Accounting University of Calabar, Cross River State. Work Experience: Brainpoint Branded Schools, Ebute Metta, Lagos 2010 – 2014, as Chief Accountant. Brighter School, Minna, Niger State 2006 – 2010 as Accounts Officer Joined ISOX Shipping in 2015.

Victoria is an HND holder from Yaba Colleague of Technology Majoring in Micro Biology. Worked in Mass Logistics Ltd as Logistics Officer and later Marketing Executive. Joined ISOX Shipping in 2015 as a Customer Care Executive.

Holds an HND from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in Mass Communication. Holds an NCAA license from Landover Aviation Business School. She joined ISOX Shipping in 2016 as Customer Service Officer.

Holds a Diploma in Shipping from the Institute of Shipping Ikeja, Lagos. He worked at Galaxy Shipping Ltd as a Shipping and Clearing Officer and moved up the ladder from Officer 1 to Office- 3 in 4 years. He joined ISOX Shipping in 2013 and had been promoted from Chief field Officer to an Executive Officer in Logistics and Clearing in 2016
