E-Commerce Logistics & Shopping Service
Shop from Anywhere in the World. We Ship It to Nigeria.
Have you ever found the perfect product on Amazon, eBay, or another international retailer — only to discover they don’t ship to Nigeria, the shipping costs are unreasonably high, or delivery timelines are simply unacceptable?
ISOX Shipping’s E-Commerce Logistics Service solves this problem for you. We give you a personalised overseas address in the USA, UK, China, and Dubai, so you can shop freely on any international online store and ship your purchases directly to our warehouse. We then consolidate and forward your items to Nigeria by fast air freight — with a typical delivery window of 5 to 10 business days — and get your package to you.
Whether you are an individual shopping for personal items, a small business owner restocking inventory from international suppliers, or an entrepreneur sourcing products for resale, ISOX Shipping makes international e-commerce accessible, affordable, and reliable for Nigerians.
What Our E-Commerce Logistics Service Offers
Our e-commerce logistics service is built around two core offerings that complement each other — a personal shopping address service that lets you ship from any global retailer, and a dedicated procurement service for customers who want us to handle the entire purchasing process on their behalf.
Personal Overseas Address
Get your own unique address at our warehouse facilities in the USA, UK, China, and Dubai. Shop at any online store that ships to those countries — then we forward your parcels to Nigeria.
Air Freight Forwarding to Nigeria
All items received at our overseas addresses are shipped to Nigeria by air freight, offering a 5 to 10 business day delivery window from the time your package departs our overseas warehouse.
Customs Clearance
Our licensed customs brokerage team handles all Nigerian customs clearance for your international packages — ensuring your items arrive legally, with all duties properly assessed and paid.
Assisted Purchasing Service
Send us the links to items you want to buy and we will purchase them on your behalf, receive the items at our warehouse, and ship them to you in Nigeria. Ideal if a retailer requires a local payment card.
Package Consolidation
If you order from multiple retailers or suppliers, we consolidate all your packages into a single shipment at our overseas warehouse, saving you on individual shipping fees and customs charges.
Nigeria Delivery Options
Once your package arrives at our Nigeria office, you can pick it up directly or arrange last-mile delivery to your home or business through a courier service of your choice.

How It Works — Step by Step
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up to the moment your package arrives in Nigeria.
Step 1: Sign Up for Your Account
Contact ISOX Shipping to register for your personal e-commerce logistics account. Upon registration, you will receive your unique, personalised warehouse addresses in the USA, UK, China, and Dubai. These addresses are yours to use whenever you shop online at any retailer in those markets.
Step 2: Shop Online at Your Favourite Retailers
Go to any online store of your choice — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, ASOS, Alibaba, AliExpress, Noon, or any other retailer in our supported markets — and add the items you want to your cart. At checkout, enter your personalised ISOX Shipping overseas address as the delivery address. Your items will be delivered directly to our warehouse.
Step 3: Assisted Purchasing (Optional)
If you prefer, you can simply email us at csr@isoxshipping.com with the links to the items you want to purchase. Our team will obtain a quote for the items plus shipping costs and send it to you for approval. If you proceed, we purchase the items on your behalf, receive them at our overseas warehouse, and add them to your shipment.
Step 4: Package Receipt & Notification
As soon as your package arrives at our overseas warehouse, our team logs it against your account and notifies you by email or phone. You will receive confirmation of what has been received, including the item description and weight, so you always know exactly what we have in hand for you.
Step 5: Shipping Quote
Once we have received all your expected packages — or at your instruction to ship — we calculate the shipping cost based on the actual or volumetric weight of your consolidated shipment, whichever is greater. We then provide you with a clear, itemised shipping quote covering air freight charges, handling fees, and any applicable import duties.
Step 6: Payment Confirmation
On acceptance of the shipping quote, you make payment to our designated account. Once payment is confirmed — please email your payment confirmation to csr@isoxshipping.com — we schedule your package for the next available shipment date from our overseas warehouse.
Step 7: Shipment Departure & Tracking
Your consolidated package is shipped from our overseas warehouse to Nigeria by air freight on the next scheduled shipment date. Transit time is typically 5 to 10 business days. We provide you with shipment tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your package in transit.
Step 8: Arrival in Nigeria & Customs Clearance
On arrival in Nigeria, our customs brokerage team manages all import clearance procedures on your behalf, including documentation, duty assessment, and cargo release from the port of entry. Any applicable import duties will have been communicated to you as part of your shipping quote, so there are no surprise costs at this stage.
Step 9: Package Collection or Delivery
Once your package is cleared and available, our Nigeria office will contact you to arrange collection from our office in Surulere, Lagos. If you are outside Lagos or prefer home delivery, you can arrange a courier or parcel service of your choice to pick up and deliver your package to your location. We will provide all package details and documentation needed for the courier handover.
How Shipping Rates Are Calculated
Our air freight shipping rates from our overseas warehouses to Nigeria are charged on a per-kilogram basis, calculated using the actual weight or volumetric weight of your shipment — whichever is higher. This is standard practice in international air cargo.
Actual Weight
The physical weight of your package as measured on a scale, expressed in kilograms.
Volumetric Weight
A calculation based on the size of the package rather than its physical weight. This applies when a package is large but light. Volumetric weight is calculated using the standard formula: Length x Width x Height (in centimetres) divided by 5,000. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight is used for billing purposes.
Package Consolidation Savings
If you have multiple packages arriving at our overseas warehouse, we consolidate them into a single shipment before calculating the shipping weight. Consolidation often results in significant savings compared to shipping each package individually, as the combined weight and volume is more efficiently packaged.
Contact our team at csr@isoxshipping.com or call us for current per-kilogram rates from each of our warehouse locations. Rates may vary by origin and are subject to change based on fuel surcharges and airline rate schedules.

Tips for Getting the Most from Your ISOX E-Commerce Account
- Always input your personalised ISOX address — not your home address — as the delivery address when shopping at international retailers. Using the wrong address will result in your package being delivered to the wrong location.
- Notify us by email when you place an order, including the retailer name, item description, and expected delivery date to our warehouse. This helps us track your incoming packages and alert you if a delivery does not arrive as expected.
- Consolidate your orders where possible — wait until multiple items have arrived at our warehouse before requesting a shipment, to maximise savings on air freight costs.
- Check with us before purchasing restricted or prohibited items to avoid your goods being seized or refused at Nigerian customs.
- Keep your invoices and order receipts for all purchases — these are required for customs documentation and will be needed to prepare your Nigerian customs declaration.
- For high-value items, discuss cargo insurance options with our team before shipping. We can advise on coverage options to protect your goods during international transit.
